You have $1M trapped inside your head...

Everyone is an expert at something.

Step #1 Dial in what that niche is, who it is that wants to learn from you, and finally what platforms to reach them.
Step #2 Design a marketing strategy to reach that target audience and find out what they want and how they want it.
Step #3 Build a course, group coaching, or mentorship program based on what your audience is telling you they want.

How can I create an online course without being on video?

Personally, I have definitely struggled with recording and editing videos of myself. I feel completely awkward in front of the camera. I immediately start sweating, my mouth gets really dry, and I can’t ever remember what I am supposed to be speaking about. We won’t even talk about the number of times I say “so” before every single sentence.

One day I heard about folks using slides instead of being a talking head in front of the camera. Genius! Now it doesn’t have to be me in front of the camera. Old school slides will show my students the way.

You probably have Microsoft Office already on your computer. That means you already have a slide creating program right there and don’t have to go out and research for a new software. Power Point is simple to learn without having to watch and read a ton of tutorials. Playing around with it for a half hour will gain all the skills you need to put together a simple slide show.

Once your slides are created, click “Slide Show” at the top, then “Record Slide Show.” Your computer microphone is fine to record your first online course. Click “Record” and start speaking, press “Stop” once you’ve finished, then move onto the next slide. Once all your slides are recorded, save the file as an MP4 and ta-da, you’ve just created your first online video course.
